GENERAL PROGRAM GUIDELINES
(from our spa/salon service providers)


  1. Guest Recipients (maximum of 2) may receive one spa service per visit per month.
  2. At least one guest must be a parent, caregiver or patient.
  3. Patients must have Doctor's consent to receive spa services.
  4. Minors guests 14-16 years must be accompanied by their parent or guardian who must remain on the premises during the service (cannot be receiving a service at the same time).
  5. Minors guests 14-18 years must have a signed consent form from their parent or guardian.
  6. Donated spa services are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot e exchanged for other services or products.
  7. Guest recipients must complete a Pre-treatment questionnaire prior to receiving their services.

Step 1 | Referring Coordinator (i.e. social worker or doctor) contacts Moment of Grace with request for service(s) for selected parents or caregivers. Referring coordinator(s) is encouraged to have patients participate by writing their own Moment of Grace prescription (Rx pads are provided by Moment of Grace in advance).

Step 2 |​ Moment of Grace will coordinate the day, time and service with participating spa or salon.

Step 3 | Moment of Grace will send confirmation email to both Spa (salon) and Referring Coordinator.

Step 4 | If applicable confirming email generated by Spa/Salon booking system will also be sent to both Referring Coordinator and Moment of Grace.

Step 5 | Spa/Salon will provide a moment of grace to those who give the most…
